FRICS has over 35 years experience of  preparing plans for all forms of development, from small extensions through to new houses and the development of land by way of multiple units. The services that can be provided are:

• The preparation of outline plans to support initial appraisals and the submission of outline planning applications.

• The preparation of detailed floor plans and elevations to accompany planning applications.

• The provision of detailed plans for Building Regulation applications to Local Authority, the NHBC or other warranty provider.

• The preparation of detailed specifications to accompany the submissions outlined above and also to enable the client to obtain prices from building contractors.

• Assistance in advice of which contractor to use and the appointment of contractors.

• Obtaining contractors prices.

• Contract supervision.

• Stage payment valuations and the issuing of certificates.

• Project management through to completion.

The basis of our engagement would be to assist a client to obtain the requisite approvals with a minimum of fuss. To advise you as to what you would be likely to obtain planning permission for taking into account Local Plan policies, Local Authority Design Guidance and the presence of adjoining buildings.
